Britain's First and only Woman Prime Minster Margaret Thatcher, has died after suffering a stroke, her family has announced today's morning (Monday 8th April 2013). She is 87 years old (13 October 1925 – 8 April 2013). Thatcher led Britain from 1979 to 1990. She is the first woman to hold the job and longest-serving prime minister of the postwar era.A Soviet journalist called her the "Iron Lady", this nick name became associated with her uncompromising politics and leadership style.
